Most automation problems aren’t really automation problems. They’re process problems.

Automating a messy process usually just gives you a faster messy process.

How I work

I start by understanding how the business actually works: where work slows down, where information gets lost, where handoffs break, and which parts should or shouldn’t be automated.

That means sitting with the process before touching a single tool.

Sometimes the answer is automation. Sometimes it’s a cleaner workflow, a clearer handoff, or simply fixing how information moves between people and systems.

Why I think this way

My background is 12+ years in operations and BPO: running processes, fixing breakdowns, reviewing data, handling escalations, and managing teams before I moved into automation and AI systems.

That operations background is why I look at bottlenecks, handoffs, ownership, and process design before touching the tools.

Today I work with CRMs, lead systems, AI agents, workflows, and integrations to build the systems behind the process, not just the process itself.
